Great place with awesome people. I've gotten some amazing deals here over the years, and have never had a bad experience during pick ups. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and overall just good people. I've emailed for more details on items multiple times, and they always deliver. There are also two very chill labs that often hang out, and it honestly always brightens my day to give them a scritch.
They also offer Uhauls if you need something to get your new treasures home.
Examples of things I've gotten here: Lazy Boy recliners in like new condition, hardwood and antique furniture, televisions, comfortable office chair, antique rocking chairs, a bicycle, Cherished Teddies collectables, Barbies, tin pop culture signs, and much much more! Check it out, you won't be disappointed whether buying or selling.

I enjoy bidding on M-37. Jay & people at pickup are always helpful. I recommend stopping out there & seeing visually what you are bidding on, before placing bids. Only downside is that it's a ways out of the way for some people. Enjoy bidding & selling a fair amount, regardless. Always fun. Never know what you'll find. Inventory changes bi-weekly.

Wanted you to know, that the people you had working tonight were GREAT, max , as always is professional and pleasant, Danson especially so, seemed professional and quick witted and the young lady helping too ( so much so, that I can't think of her name:)
I appreciate the extra effort you provide, so often especially when I didn't have my wheelchair setup yet for ez van access, your staff would provide curbside service, which makes it easy for me and don't mind the 90 mile round trip from home

This was the BEST estate sale service! After receiving no phone calls back from other estate sale agents, I found M37 and they were amazing! I stayed back and the checks just came in. This saved us SO much effort and time. To say I recommend them is a serious understatement. I've had physical estate sales also and this is as by far the BEST choice we could have made. Call them ASAP.

“Super nice guys came to our house and took pictures of our items and then asked us for details. They loaded everything on their truck and explained the paperwork to us. We got a handsome check about 2 weeks later with an accounting of what every item sold for. Easy! We are having them come again!”

Jay and the entire organization personify professionalism. They moved our entire five bedroom summer home, including extensive outdoor furniture. They created appropriate listing information that attracted multiple bidders. We easily met , and often far exceeded, our reserve prices. When we downsize our current home, we will only use M37.

M37Auction.com liquidates goods for individuals, estates, and businesses via a bi-weekly on-line auction. We sell everything, including Real Estate. Items are brought to a central warehouse in Caledonia where interested bidders can inspect the items. Large items are sold off site with the winning bidder responsible for pick up. Bidding is done on-line. More than 30,000 people view each of our auctions.
Consigned items include estates, business dead stock, retired equipment, store returns, excess inventory, antiques, furniture, appliances, vehicles, trailers, industrial supplies, sporting goods, household items, tools, real estate, and much more.
M37Auction is also the home to Caledonia Shipping - a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet.
We are a family owned and operated business located in Caledonia, Michigan. We have been in the on-line consignment auction business since 2007. M37Auction.com opened in 2013. We are committed to providing high levels of customer service for both buyers and sellers. Items can be dropped off easily at our Caledonia location. We partner with City Estate Services and Two Men and a Truck. They will pack and bring your items to our warehouses to be sold. Our clients include individuals, estates, businesses, non-profits, government agencies, and community service organizations. We are also a UHaul Dealer so you can rent a UHaul, fill it with your items for sale, and drop it off with us. Eliminate the hassle of an on-site estate sale, Craigslist, or a garage sale.
