My wife and I were blessed to have Patty and her team work with us from Witcher Creek Vintage! We are leaving our first home after 43 years. We had cleared the attic and distributed to our children those things we believed they would want. We removed items we thought would be used in our new home in South Carolina. Patty and her sons came to our home and took charge!
They completed a thorough initial sort and removed some items which they believed would best be presented on their on-line store. They returned and completed a second sort, separating items into groups (i.e. toys, books, housewares, etc).
Patty and company then staged our home with our belongings and I was impressed working their magic from years of successful experience of prepping for our sale.
Three days of sales were scheduled and Old Man Winter was predicted to make one final pass through our area on the third day of our sale. Patty notified potential shoppers on her very professional website that the sale would need to be limited to two days. Two days of sales were sufficient and when we returned from our travels our home was cleared of all items. The house was swept clean and payment was received promptly. I was so pleased with their work.

I would like you to know about my experience working with Witcher Creek Vintage.

I had never used a Liquidation company before, so I had no preconceived expectations. I choose WCV because I liked their website the best. I called Patty, set an appointment for two weeks out.

FYI my Mom is 89 and I was moving her out of WV to live with us, so we were busy and there was a lot of planning and a lot work ahead of us. Once in town I met Patty, discussed the details of what we would be leaving behind. And that our plan was to sell the house.

Patty emailed me a contract, stating that WCV would basically stage the contents of the house, and try to sell everything at a fair price. Also anything that didn’t sell would be removed. In less than two weeks WCV was in there setting up shop. Patty texted me a collage of at least 150 pictures of how she arranged everything, Moms house literally looked like a retail store, game on. Then two weeks later she sent pictures of each and every room in the house and it was completely empty. Not as much as a tooth pic was left behind.


For me it was 6 weeks start to finish. I do think WCV did hurry things along for me because the house sold the first week. My experience with WCV and Patty is that they know and fully understand their business and they know the value of things. They are extreme professionals and exceeded my expectations all the way though the process, right up to the very end.

This was no easy task, as I am based in SC and my dad’s house is in SA. I cannot say enough about the amazing work ethic, customer service, and above all, kindness and consideration that Patty and her team treat their customers to. They just completed a 3 day estate sale at my mother’s home. But that sale was just the capstone on 3 weeks of work that they put into sorting, displaying, marketing, and pricing every item in that house. They also set aside items that my husband and I had been unable to find but wanted to keep. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

Our family decided to have a Estate sale after the recent passing of our father. We are so glad that we did, Patty came to our fathers home, did a walk thru , explained to us how the process worked and we signed a contract with her that day. We had to remove the personal belongings, paper work, personal items we wanted to keep and she did the rest . I have a short story to share about Witcher Creek Vintage. A few years ago I read an article in the paper about Patty & Witcher Creek. I decided to keep the article thinking I might need it in the near future. Well, the near future came. I tried dealing with my Mother's estate myself. It was just overwhelming as well as I was emotionally attached. So, I pulled out the article I had kept & called Patty. My Mother's house is in Ohio. Patty said that she doesn't normally go that far & had never done a sale in Ohio, but she didn't turn me down. Patty did an amazing job and I could not have been happier. Patty not only has very successful sales, but when the sale is over and anything that is left, she hauls it away. You are left with nothing to do. She does just an awesome job & I am so thankful I kept that article! Thank you Patty for helping me end this chapter of my life. You made it so much easier for me. I had made a total mess of my parents estate. I managed to become so overwhelmed with everything that I could not organize ...I just " didn't know what to do", but Patty swooped in and told me not to worry she would help me.
